Business mogul Sudhir Ruparelia’s close associate and great friend Sulaiman Bukenya is fighting for his life at UMC Victoria University after he was poisoned, this website has learned.
Mr. Bukenya, one of Sudhir’s praise singers, was poisoned a few days ago at a hangout in Kampala.
It’s suspected Sudhir could have been the target.
Bukenya and Sudhir is close, and are always seen in each other’s company.
It’s not yet clear where Bukenya could have taken the poison from. He was taken to hospital two days ago.
It must be noted that three days ago, Bukenya had dinner at Bukoto based Kabira Country Club, owned by Sudhir. Again, it’s not clear if he could have taken the poison there.
But while at Kabira, Bukenya looked joyous as he hangout with family and chatted with friends.
“Wajinga (fools) wanted to stop my watch counting. But Allah is great. Great Thanks to UMC Victoria Hospital – Uganda and Nakasero Hospital brother Nabimanya Ronald your out to the millions. At 3:00Am you managed to be with me. Stay blessed. Another chance given to me God your mercy full,” he posted.
According to reports, the poison affected Bukenya’s heart and liver.
Thankfully, medics at the hospital were quick to diagnose the problem and work on him.
Friends have taken to Facebook to wish him a quick recovery.
